Any opinions on the Quad 96w PC lighting with a 50/50 bulb.

I want to use one on a 24" x 12" 30 gal extra tall reef tank. I will only
keep LPS, mushrooms, leathers and the like no SPS or any very high light
organisms. I tend to like the reef to look a bit bluer than white/white.
Does this light have that warm look?

Also I have a ballast for 2 x 96 watt PC(36") Custom Sea life. Can this unit
power two Quad bulbs of 96 watts each?
