Calcium Reactor - High Alk
Try lowering the bubble count. Less CO2 input equals less media
dissolving. I've had my DIY unit dialed in for over 2 years now so I don't
mess with it anymore. Of course it took me a month of nightly testing to get
it right but now I rarely have to mess with it.

Ok, so I have gotten a reactor and have the following :
Effluent meq = 8.5
Cal = 420
PH Out of first chamber = 6.8 Second Chamber = 7.0
bbm = 60
ml/min = 40
Tank meq = 5 ( a little high)
cal = 375
PH = 8.0 - 8.2
The question is how can I offset the reactor a little ? Do I decrease the
flow rate to lower PH or increase flow rate ? Bubble count maybe ? My tank
is a 150 gallon lightly stocked tank. Thanks.
