From what I remember, anything that is mailed to you without your consent is
yours to keep.

I was accidently sent a modem from my internet company a few months ago. It
was supposed to go to another customer. They noticed their mistake and
tried to intimidate me into mailing it back to them. I stood my ground and
got to keep the modem.
