My buddy at work brought in a bottle of stress-zyme and asked my
opinion. After reading the bottle, I told him I thought it was
worthless. He was using it to treat new water added to his tank, at
the LFS advice. The lable clearly says, "For new water added to a
fishtank, first remove the chlorine with..." can't remember the actual
product name. Stress-zyme is supposed to do all sorts of wonderful
(and seemingly usless) things to tank water. There is no list of
ingredients.

Now, Stress coat, I have used. It is a rather thick liquid that is
supposed to aid fish in their creation and maintainence of their slime
coat, and it removes chlorine.
