Well, I think si. There are two tetras in the tank, and everybody eats.

Maybe install a temporary tank divider? I saw one of those devices at the
LFS, and the picture on the box had a big fish looking
menacingly at some little fish across the divider, I think.

I don't think the tank would be big enough for OldFish if I cut his swim
zone in half.
