filtration. I run a circle of hardware cloth around them and a bird net

Carol - I think it was your suggestion that I originally took on my kiddie
pool with the black plastic drop cloth. I ringed mine with a layer of
bricks, partly for decor and partially to divert water from flowing into the
pool. Thus far it has been a still pond, with lotsa 'overflow' plants and a
few baby comets and rosey reds. Electric is an issue at the moment but I
am curious what sort of 'filtration' you have. Any bio filter? What is
hardware cloth?
