Last summer I was having a real problem with my Cincinnati (Ohio) Bell cell
phone. When I called the help center I spoke to a delightful girl named Anya
who graciously and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem. During our
conversation I asked where her family was from, noting her accent.

Anyway, Cincinnati Bell Wireless' Help Desk is located in Newfoundland
Canada.
