Default 92 Accord idle problem!

92 Accord with 200K miles, runs great, want to drive forever. Problem is
it ocassionally will
not idle worth a darn, drops off and stalls. Will go away for months then
return. Have factory m. and the idle woes all should generate a trouble
code- none present. Any advice fellas-suspect a vacuum leak somewhere but
can't seem to find one. The car runs excellent- 200psi on all 4 cyl, this
things runs better and better, except this annoying, intermittent problem.
Live in the SE so I doubt water in the gas. Thanks everyone!
If you have checked or replaced your basic items like:
-spark plugs
-spark plug wires
-distributer cap and roter
-fuel filter
-air filter

Then i would start looking at other possibilitys:

have any rpm fluctuating? if so it could be an
-IAC (idle air control valve)
-or a fuel pump getting weak and not delivering enough fuel
supply to the engine
-throttle body "needing cleaning"

i would take off the old fuel filter cut it in half and
check for metal fillings & particilles? if you find any
in there that will tell you your fuel pump is on its way out
soon and is probably the culprit.

"intermittent problems" are difficult to diagnose because
they dont act up when you whant them to act up for a technition.
However i will say your problem is either "electrical or fuel" related.
