Default Ghost koi hiding away

Hi

I have the following fish in my pond at the moment

1 sturgeon
1 Comet
1 goldfish
1 Shubukin
2 blue orfes

I bought 2 baby koi's on Saturday , fairly small about 1 - 1.5 inches.
One is a golden ghost koi and one just normal Orange and white one.

Intially after adding them to the pond all was fine they were straight
away doing wot koi's do best and zipping here and there looking for
food.

After a while the Shubukin decided it would bully the two koi
(singling out the ghost koi), this consisted of it chasing them
without rest for a few hours, the ghost koi eventually found a place
to hide, under the pipe for the pump. It has since then for the last
two days just stayed there all day just comming out at feeding time to
steal a pellet meant for the sturgeon and back it goes.

Its quite funny the rest of the fish (including the shubukin) have
taken to resting next to it when in a chill out kind of mood. The
shubukin seems to have calmed down now it doesn't chase it out of the
hiding place as it used to do at first.

What is the best thing to do, leave it be and let nature takes it
course.. I have similar problems in my tropical aquariam with a shy
siamese fighter (not much fight in it lol) but it settled down after
about a week.

Thanks again

Waseem
