Default water hyacinth

My water hyacinth is looking really sick; leaves are turning brown,
plants are definitely in trouble. Ph is perfect, what could the problem be?
Anarchis also does not look good. My marginal plants are doing great, water
lilies are phenomenal. Your advice would be appreciated.

Can't help with your Hyacinth problem, as I have the opposite problem. My
Hyacinths are looking good, but my Lillies are disintegrating. Although I do
have one lovely pink flower. I guess I should check my PH, based on your
message. I did have a steady water drop until I lined my waterfall. I guess
I was adding about 2" of water a day. Iris got trampled by the birds.

Try adding potash 0,0,60 fertilizer if you haven't already, at 1 tbs per
1000 gallons each week until the plants perk up.

Get some Flora Fin, by Tetra... will clear it up the problem. If its a
large pond, do a search here for 'potash'

When mine get like this, I dose with Potash. I use one fat tablespoon per
1000 gallons.

Just go to your local garden shop and ask for fertilizer that is 0-0-XX,
where "XX" is as large a number as you can get - typically 50-60

San Diego Joe
4,000 - 5,000 Gallons.
