Glass with rounded corners??? huh.... who would-a thunk it...

Not a big fan of the bio-ball system but I guess if you kept up on water
changes
and kept the sponge filter very clean it would be OK.

I like my cube, it has the best "curb appeal" for a small tank. But dont
be
mistaken its an all in one system, unless youre only doing fish with rock.
I've had to add a sump/overflow and an extra 32w of light to it. Check
out the
Nano Cube Deluxe, it has the 2nd set of lights already.

Skimmer is essential. Check out nano-reef.com and use the search function to
find the thread on fitting one into a deluxe.

For maintenance, this is what I've gotten for mine in the past 6 months:
ph probe
test kits (Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, Alkalinity, Calcium, Phosphate, ph[bought
before the pen])
calcium additive
reef epoxy to stick corals on with
a bag of carbon
fish foods (frozen and pellets)
plastic syringe for feeding w/airline tubing
swing arm salinity gauge(in the process of buying a refractometer)

Mmmmm, that's all I can think of ATM.
