Has anyone purchased online from Aquadirect.com?
what was you experience?
I placed an order on nov.3rd and it appears to have not even shipped yet.
When trying to call them directly i get a constant busy signal. I have tried
at least 100 times at differrnt times of the day.

I placed one a few weeks back and it went ok. I also got the busy
signal on the phone, but their Email support was pretty much next
day...

Before ordering a ecosystem 2410, I sent an email asking for the
make/model on a pump they were listing as included. They informed me
that their page was out of date with the supplier and that the pump
was no longer included, but gave me a $30 coupon towards the purchase
of the item for telling them their page was out of date.

After receiving the order, I noticed that a calcium reactor didn't
come with it's media while the website said it came with some. So I
wrote an email back asking about it, they said the same thing about
the manufacturer changing their setup and that their page was out of
date. They replied with an Email on Nov 4th saying they would ship me
the media for free:
Thank you for the message. The manufacturer of this product quit
distributing the ARM with this product quite some time ago. As you
have
pointed out, however, we were negligent in removing that reference
from our
site. We will ship you this product this afternoon.

But I haven't received that media yet.

They seem pretty good though...
