Default Garlic oil for parasites

Since I am tired of micro dicing garlic to feed to my fish, I went shopping
for oil of garlic at the health food stores. I found it, but every place I
went it had either cottonseed oil or vegetable oil as an additve. Are
either of those additives harmful? In both formulas the only listed
ingredients are oil of garlic and the other type oil.

I think that addition of _ANY_ type of oil will adversely affect skimming.
