Default Nemo with a Cold Sore?

Ok, this one is a bit odd but I am hoping someone might have run into
this issue.
I have a 3 year old Nemo (ClownFish) that has a cold sore on the bottom
of his mouth. Its a brown looking scab that has been around for about 2
days and looks very odd.
Any suggestions?

Cheers
