Silicon Valley Aquarium Society Meeting This Saturday, August 5th

Happy August everyone. I hope you are all enjoying your summer and you
and your fish survived our heat wave. This month our speaker will be
Jim Herman. He'll be speaking about "Collecting in Belize". What a
great summer talk!

As always our meeting is at the Round Table Pizza, 4302 Moorpark Ave in
San Jose (near 280 and Saratoga Avenue). This month there will be a
meeting of the Killie Study Group at 5pm. Last month some great and
rare killies were available at the group meeting. The ones I got last
time already have babies! I hope more killies will be there this month.
At 5:30 the Board of Directors meets. All members are welcome to
attend. We are always interested in members' interests and concerns
and welcome your participation. After that we have our social hour and
time to check in for the auction and Bowl Show. This month the Bowl
Show theme is Central American fish. At 7pm our speaker will begin.
