Great experience with Petsolutions... Time and time again.

Hi gang,

You have not heard from me because my fish needs have been going very
smoothly in part because of all the great help and advise from this
fine group!

From here I was refered to PetSolutiions.com and I've ordered from them
many times with no problems... This time I ordered another AC500 and
the "intake stem" had the little tip broken off the top. I only noticed
this after it was all set up with established media and would not
prime... For now I just plugged the broken hole so it can continue to
bio-establish... I called the store the next morning, I got an actual
human right awayand they are sending the part out at no charge, they
don't need the broken part back, I got an email comfirming my No charge
order confirmation in less than a minute after hanging up with the
operator.

I also bought a cheap shelf terrace kit that is junk... They said to
mail it back for a full refund or credit. I requested the store credit
as I will shurely be back time and time again....

Note: The AC110 (500) is now on sale for $39.99, my LFS has it for
