Default need an aquarium stand for a 24' X 12.5' X 16' (think it is a 20gallon)

If your notation is correct, its actually a 35,906.5 gallon tank

if it is a standard aqarium size (double check that!) I would check
craigslist. In my area, there are frequently items available for tanks
up to 29g (and some good bargains on stuff larger than that, but not as
frequent)
