I have no issue with you but maybe you can explain why I am now getting
spammed with mails about weight loss and obesity following a discussion
about your fish when I did my darndest to help you out....I know for
sure it isn't Roy instigating this - Carol has taught me well on the
importance of reading headers and tracking sources......

Maybe it is not you and I will stand corrected......but right now it is
too high in my mind to be a coincidence......and it goes without saying
that this sort of spam on top of the normal viagra, penis extensions and
investment spam is not welcome or appreciated......I get sick and tired
of having to delete more stuff than I want to actually read....

Personally I have no issue with people suffering from medical conditions
causing this problem - thyroid issues being one that springs to mind......

Sorry but I need to say this....until I responded to you I did not get
30 messages plus a day about fat.....

If you look at most of the posts you probably received, it says my name Tara
Legale, but Roy has always left his email
address in it the header. You can easily see it is an imposter post.
Further if he should decide get smart and change the email and name to
correspond, you can look and see that my posts are routed from something
like: . Just so you don't mistake my
posts and his in the future. Roy has been doing this in my name quite a
bit, and he has cross posted throughout fish and diet related groups just to
annoy. I assure you I am not a spammer or crossposter.

No, let's let Tara have her say in personal email rather than pollute
the group......I'm certainly up for it and as you and others are aware I
am more than capable of making a rational and educated decision when it
comes to the goodies and baddies in this mess.....

I know the fat spam does not come from you, Roy.....I have two
candidates in mind....let them convince me it is not them.....open
invite for personal mails.....not an invite for more spam about dieting
nor for a free for all on the fish groups on this off-topic
subject......this is from a person who is actually comfortable with
their weight and size and has very, very strong opinions on the matter
that she does not wish to express on a group regarding fish....

If you have emailed Tara before, and she has the OE setting checked to
automatically add people to her address book, and she doesn't have a secure
firewall, then your address could be harvested by sites that Tara visits.

Frankly "Gill" I don't care to email you and try to convince you that I am
not a spammer. I am suspect of you since you feel Roy is so innocent. If
you can side with the likes of him, I surely do not want to talk to you. I
was quiet and said not a word in the past week, I'll just do that again. I
unlike what some people say, do have a life and I don't need to beg people
on a newsgroup to believe what I say. I don't need to post incessently as
Carol does against Roy, and to no avail. You can see by my attempt just
recently to ask Roy for a simple, mature response to why he dogs me so much,
and he cannot give a rational answer. And that is okay, it won't keep me up
at night. Adios.

Yes, I am aware of this......but I also have a good spam trap up and
running....sometimes stuff slips through....like the fat messages and
the odd cleverly worded bits and pieces....majority of the time I don't
even get a glimpse.......we also have a very good firewall in place and
don't rely on a ISP news server......

I've not emailed Tara before tonight....and the address she provided was
invalid....so there is a suprise.....

Thanks for your concern my friend....you, of course, can feel free to
email me whenever you wish.....I am totally fascinated about your pond
experiences even if they are providing a pond for your parents in good
old Kent....my Mother's place of origin.....would be nice to chew the
cud.....

I did not ask you to email me to convince me that you were not a
spammer.....I asked you to email me in order to keep the discussion away
from a group that is set up to discuss fish.....You choose not to
therefore you are choosing to perpetuate this mess....

You can be as suspect of me as you wish as you are very clearly drawn in
by Ms Gulley....believe me, we've all been there and done that.....

Quite honestly, having just done some google research on you I retract
my invitation to discuss this civilly with you via personal email even
if it is in the true interest of the group - anyone who advocates the
killing of cats that are "sight challenged" just doesn't pass muster in
my book.....and then when taken to task claims she has the right to say
what she does without any respect for the OP is a disgrace....yes, you
do have the right, I have the right to make this post, Roy has the right
to make his posts and hell, even Carol has the right to make
hers......but I question the lack of sensitivity that makes people
believe just because they are sitting behind a keyboard and a monitor
they can just trash and walk all over everyone elses feelings.....

I suspect that you are just another Carol sock or at best a

this......take a hike Tara......or come back when you have gained some
