Default Should I make the leap to 100 gallons?!

Hey everyone,
I've been reading this newsgroup for a while, and would like to say
thanks for all the great advice I've gotten here!
I have wanted to post several times but evil outlook express was given me
difficulties. Anyway, onto the point...

I have a 50 gallon high community set up, and absolutely love it. I've
always wanted to go bigger, but being as I got this tank for free, I wasn't
about to go spend money when I already had the complete set up free. My
brother is moving out of the state, and he doesn't want to bring his 100
gallon cichlid setup with him. So, he calls me up, and if I come get it,
it's mine!!!
Problems: 1. Don't have a car; although I think I can borrow a ford
explorer. I think it will fit, but I'm getting the exact measurements
tomorrow.
2. We don't have room for 2 tanks, so I would want the 100 setup, but I
would have to ditch the cichlids cuz I love my tetras and gouramis

My husband doesn't seem to enthusiastic about draining 100 gallons, trying
to get the durn thing back to our house without breaking our backs, and then
trying to empty our existing tank into the new one, and then filling the
rest up with tap (with proper tx) and hopefully not sending our fish into
lala land. Oh, and finding a new home for the oscar, and 3 cichlids (by
their size and gleaming eyes, look like they would eat my fish right up)
Also, when do you have to worry about your floor caving in?

Come to think of it, I'm not enthusiastic about it either. But I can just
imagine when it is all done!!!!! Room for my huge pl*co, my growing
clowns......anyway, sorry this is rather long, I was wondering if anyone has
had a similar experience.
Thanks everyone, goodnight!

(My fish are packing up the tank now, and I think they've called the moving
van )
