Default pond advice please guys

Hi all Ive just built my first pond and cant wait to get it up and
running, I'm struggling with deciding on a pump and filter set up as im
getting conflicting advice. I'm gonna use a pressurised filter and
solids handling pump could some one please advice me whats the best size
to use ?? My pond is 1.5m x 1.5m x1m deep its a square construction no
sloping sides. its in sunlight for half the day and im planning to have
some koi and mixed fish with no plants.
Sorry for got to say the water returning back from the filter will be
going through a 400mm water blade.
