Default Catfish Eels

Hi,

I have two Catfish Eels that appear to have breed. One has an extremely
large belly and looks ready to pop. I have heard that this is very rare in
captivity. Does anyone know what needs to be done for the new arrivals?
Books that I have check say that they are not sure even which of the pair
carries the babies.

I have no clue to what you mean by catfish eels but most likely you have a
coolie loach, they are egg layers and do rarely spawn in the home aquarium. I'm
not sure how yours will spawn since i really don't know what you have. do you
have a pic?

I breed dwarf crayfish, great for planted community tanks. If you can get me a
shovelnose sturgeon fingerling (Scaphirhynchus platorynchus) no wild caught
please, contact me

BTW i see that you are on a sal****er group so you might have a salt water
catfish, one that is commonly sold is long and eel like with whiskers around a
small mouth. they are mature at around 18" long if your are only a few inches
long more likely one of them is just an over eater.
