I've been using an Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Basic Rena 100 watt heater
for my 20 gal tank for over a year. I have 2 of them, but I've grown tired of the lousy inaccurate temperature settings on the knob and no longer want to set temperatures by trial and error. One of them can't go lower than 76F. So my question is what's considered the best accurate, quality heater for my tank. I've heard about Ebo Jager and one called Visitherm or something. They're both about the same price. Which is better? |

I've only ever used visitherms so I cannot compare them to anything
else. Extremely happy with them though and the thermostat reading is easy to see and accurate. tc355 wrote in message ... I use visitherms. always, always undersize the heater for the size of the tank.
even buy two for the tank just in case one goes nuts and keeps heating doesnt shut off.
