Default I feel like an idiot Parasite Clear Tank Buddies, Jungle

So, I have a ten gallon tank and my gold fish in there has anchor
worms. I bought these fizzy tablets (Parasite Clear Tank Buddies by
Jungle) and for the life of me, I cannot understand the directions.
Here they a

"Remove carbon filter during use. Add one tablet to each ten US gallons
of Aquarium water. Treatment may be repeated up to two times with 48
hours between treatments and a 25% water change. For anchor worms and
fish lice, repeat treamtent three times, using once a week with a 25%
water change. "

Yeah, maybe it is just me, but I was confused how often I should use it
for my anchor worms. So I went onto Jungles website to see if I would
have better luck. They say;

"Wait 48 hours between treatments. Remove activated carbon. Change 25%
of the water before each new treatment. For anchor worms, repeat
treatment up to three times, once a week, for three weeks. For fish
lice, treat once a week for three to five weeks. DO NOT OVERDOSE.
Active ingredients: praziquantel; N-[[(N-Chlorophenyl)amino]carbon
1]-2,6-difluorobenzamide; metronidazole; acriflavine."

Now, do I put three tablets in a day? Or do I put a tablet in every
48hrs for three days? Do I put a tablet in every week for three weeks?

I think that I put in three tablets once a week for three weeks, but
how long should I wait between tablets?

If someone could explain this to me without making me feel like that
much more of an idiot i would be very grateful.
Thanks

Take out the carbon filter first.

Add one tablet.

wait 48 hours.

Change 25% of the water

add one tablet

wait 48 hours

change 25% of the water

add one tablet

wait 48 hours.

See if the anchor worm is gone

By this time about one week has passed, so you could start again.

Do not put three tablets in at the same time.
