I will make a long story as short as possible here. I purchased a 90 acrylic
tank from BLUE SIERRA in Issaquah, Wa. on 9/17. Since then I have built my stand, hood, wired all the electric in the stand including a PLC to run things, plumbed everything and all the while curing 90lbs of new live rock along with some of my "dead rock" from a previous tank from years ago. Last Saturday was move in the house day. Friday I did my leak test with the tank and plumbing. All went great not a drip form the plumbing. I let the tank run overnight. Saturday morning I noticed what looked like water under the tank in front and to the left. I tried to convince myself it was condensation or something besides a leak. It was not near the two bulkheads in the back overflow. Well I drained the tank raised it up on 1x4s and refilled half way. There was a leak in the seam between the base and front panel. I was devastated to say the least. I called and arranged to bring the tank in Sunday. I showed the leak to Tim at BLUE SIERRA, didn't even have to fill it to see the defect, they had another 90 in stock and 1 1/2 hr later I was home with a new tank. Not only was that great but he also replaced the 2 bulkheads I lost and threw in some PVC cement. It really turned a bad situation around for me. I will be a loyal costumer and will pass on the good experience. Ken |

That is awesome service, especially in today's day and age, most of my local
shops would have you deal with the manufacturer since it has been 90 days. Great job on finding a great shop Christian "Ken" wrote in message news:MmzBb.492473$Tr4.1345284@attbi_s03...
