Default Recomendation and questions for CO2 systems..

I have been growing plants for 3 years or so and would like to make the
step toward a simple CO2 system. I have a freshwater (of course) tank
that's about 35 gallons, set up about 1.5 years ago. More plants (all
live) than fish (cardinals and plattys). I have a external magnum
canister filter and a biowheel.

I am looking for something that is low maintenance, low cost, and low
visual impact.

BTW, I have never seen a CO2 system in use. This looked like a decent
option:
http://www.plantguild.com/html/power_reactor.html Except that it sits
in the tank I think (which i think is probably too obtrusive). I'd
like something that fits inline with my pump--that'd be cool, i could
just put it in the cabinet.

Any advice or recomendations are welcome. Thanks.
