Default Flourite and additional fertilizer

Hi folks,

I changed my tank to a flourite substrate about 5 weeks ago, and have not
been adding flourish or any other fertilzer. The plants are surviving but
not thriving. Any suggestions?

Fluorite is rocks, not plant food. Fertilize normally.
