Default 35 GPD Maxxima and Float Valve Kit Question

Hello,

I just purchased the 35 GPD Maxxima (GMAX35HiS) and a Float Valve Kit
(FVKITKENT).
I plan to use the filter to make about 20 Gallons of water which will
be held in a large container. From that pool, I will dip into it tank
topoff's and monthly tank changes.

My question is as follows:

Once the float valve stops the filter from producing product water,
does the solenoid valve trap water in the membrane cartridge?
I ask this because I may not be producing water for a few days at a
time and I do not want to dry out the membrane as described in the
manual.

Please let me know,

Thank you,
Nick Annunziata

Evidently your question is not of importantance for these self imposed
fish gurus to answer............They have too much other important
crap to take care of in fighting dumbasses cases of cyano
etc.........and downloading MB of dumbass images of other fokls
corals................

However rest assureds your membrane will not dry out between
uses.......might I usggest creativereefing.com or reefcentral.com
instead of this god foresaken barbaric place to gather info from. The
majority of regulars here are just those that can not play well with
others and have to have their own way or they pout and throw hissy
fits, therefore they do not patronize the forum boards since they do
not play well with others and their so called egos as well as
knowledge prove that.
