Default discus desease - help!!

I have a royal blue discus and I only noticed tonight large holes in his
head ....
Initially it didn't look like the hole in the head disease I faced a couple
of years ago... I thought he had a fight with another of my newly introduced
discus. But now I realised the bad pronostic and I am quite clue less of
what to do to treat my discus if any solution can be applied.
All suggestions are more than welcome.
You can check out a picture of my Discus I made 10minutes ago.

Thanks
Seb
