Default albino bee!

We have been enjoying watching a small hive of bees
living in an old bird house box on our deck.
(Last year a mouse lived in there.)
They are large yellow and black bees. Several of them
very large and others smaller.
Since they picked view property they spend every morning
on the outside of the box fanning (103 yesterday!).
Today we saw one of the bees whose yellow fuzz was a grey
white against the usual black!
We wondered if it was an albino bee?
We posted on an entomology board to see what we can find out.
