Sourcing Arcadia Spares

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good place to get Arcadia Spare Parts? I'm looking for
one component in particular:

IP67 16mm (T5) REPLACEMENT TUBE HOLDER LEADS (Arcadia Part Number ADT5LLW)

My LFS managed to get hold of 2 sets for me, but I need a further 2 sets (or
a suitable replacement) but neither the LFS or any of the internet stores
can seem to source them.
