Default Small pimple on gambusia?

I just noticed that one of my mosquito fish has a small yellow dot or wart
behind his gills. He does not seem botherd by it but I wonder if I should
isolate him or treat him (and how to treat him).

Thanks.

I don't know about the pimple, but have you had any luck breeding them?

They breed like flies, but so far I haven't tried to save any of the
fry. I have millions in my ponds, but the ones in the aquarium get eaten.
