Default Spoiled Betta!

Hello,

Well, MTS is now is full swing. My son now has a 10-gallon glass tank
in his room - he wants to have a divided tank for 2 Bettas (probably
both male - separate of course). Right now, though, the divider itself
is on back-order. So, yesterday we bought ONE beautiful deep-red Betta
who now can't believe his luck. He went from a 4-oz. cup of water to a
10-gallon tank! Zoooooom!

He is now one spoiled Betta - swimming all over and ducking in and out
of the plants. Hopefully he will learn to stop hiding when a person
approaches. We'd love to have a "friendly" betta, but for now we will
settle for a healthy, happy, bubble-nesting Betta who just landed in a
palace of a tank. :-)

As soon as he learns that people = food, he'll be verrrrry friendly. My
betta begs as shamlelessly as an angelfish.

I agree! They are very smart, and will figure this out very quickly
indeed :-)
