Custom Sea Life
Did any other companies pick up the slack when Custom Sea Life inc

If so you can get most parts from other suppliers, the bulbs should be standard square pin bulbs which you can get from just about any supplier, the ballasts, I don't know if you can get exact replacements but you can always rewire for fulham workhorse ballasts.
