Default Brown spots on Green Chroimis

Hi Guys,

Got up this morning to find brown spots on one of my green chromis fish,
there's probably about 10 spots on the lower front part of the fish. The
spots range in size from tiny needle tip to a bit larger than a pin head.
They actually look a bit like brown algae but I think they're under the
scales. Any ideas on what they are & how to treat?

Cheers
GlennP.
