just realized my first setup didn't include the Actinic lights... so that's
pretty much a wash now.. it doesn't really matter now that I look at it,
they're both the same price.... but is there any difference between the two?

your first setup had a 20KK MH bulb, you dont need actinic with these.

yes. my 180g only has 20KK's over it. a few pics can be seen on my RC
gallery. I just uploaded one of the inside of the canopy with the 4 MH
bulbs.
