Tough to say without having any information about the filter, it's
likely some kind of loose fitting or leak in a hose allowing air to
get in. Check all fittings.

found the problem...my protein skimmer was sucking air...but i tried
tightening it and not success.

If it's new, the protein skimmer will need time to break-in. Until that
time, discharging micro bubbles by the skimmer is perfectly normal. My
skimmer took about 2-3 weeks to fully break-in and stop producing bubbles.
