A friend recently gave me his fish because he didn't want them anymore. I
accepted the "gift" and put them in an empty hospital tank. The problem

is
I didn't want the fish because I don't have any space and I'm scared to
introduce the fish to any of my other tanks but I still took them to be
polite. What would you do with the unwanted and not so healthy fish?
Andre

Offer them to the LFS, or ask if you can put up a 'free to good home' sign
in the store.

Either give/swop at LFS.
Or find a nice wall. 1..........2..........*SPLAT*

That'll teach you to be polite...

If it were me and they were unhealthy, I would lose them instantly and
tell the friend they died (which would be true). Its never worth the
risk bringing in unhealthy fish into your environment especially if you
don't want them.

But that's me.
