Default Can No more algae hurt my algae eating fish ?

my algae seems to be getting out of control, its under the gravel and
where the gravel meets the glass u can see it... also there's on the
glass and the algae eating fish arnt cleanin it .

can "no more algae" hurt my algae eating fish ?
and is there a way to get rid of algea from UNDER the gravel ?
