Default neons

I have 9 neons and one of them now looks deformed and swims with its head
down and tail up in jerky motions. I don't know if it got injured or if it
is diseased . Can someone shed some light on this thanks

Possibly Neon Tetra Disease - just recently lost 8 of them to this....no
cure, sorry but those that survive will be fine....

Remove it from your tank BEFORE it dies. Quarantine if you can,
euthanise if you can't. Bent spines and erratic swimming can be caused
by neon disease, fish TB, or other muscle infections. All are
contagious and virtually impossible to cure in tiny fish like neons.

Sorry. :-(

Sounds like a bacterial disease - not to rule out NTD (neon tetra
disease). I would treat the tank days 1, 4, 7, 10 and 13 with a half
dose of QuickCure and eather Kanamcin or Maracyn-Two. A 20% water
change/gravel vac should be done before each dosing............. Frank
