Default Looking for Cabomba sources

For some reason, this "very popular" aquatic plant is unavailable in
my LFSs. Any suggestions as to the best mail-order or internet sources
for this plant (and compactus swords for that matter).

WHere are you?
It's declared noxious in much of the world now
altho foxtail, milfoil and ambulia could maybe substitute?
