Default The boys made the jump today

I finally got around to moving the office boys to their new home today. I
must have bought the new tank (only a 20H) about six months ago and built
the canopy about two months go, with the lights going in yesterday. I also
had to put some supports under the desk, as I had concerns about the
particle board desk holding the 200+ pounds. The main reason for the upgrade
was that I had 3 SAEs in a 10 gallon, although they seemed pretty 'happy'.
Oddly I lost two Cherry Barbs recently and I never did find any remains.

The Barbs were easy to catch, I was able to move them with my hand. The SAEs
reminded me why they have a reputation as jumpers. I finally gave up trying
to use my hands to move them and used the net. I was sure they'd end on the
floor eventually, even with most of the water drained out of the 10G. On the
bright side I found 3 Otos, when I was sure there was only two left in the
tank. Hopefully I reduced the Snail population considerably. The tank is
still a little murky from the Fluorite that got stirred up, but I'm sure it
will settle out in a couple of days. Everyone seems OK, the SAEs are doing
their glass dance already, so I guess they're over their trauma. :-)
