Turtles can be messy, however I have used canister filters many times
for my customers turtle tanks (I had one customer with a pair of rare
Reeves Turtles).

I also preferred to connect a UV Sterilizer to these canister filters
to prevent disease, in particular Salmonella.

As to the Eheim 2026 this is an excellent filter (as all Eheims are
with the exception of their Wet/Dry model), and the use of the media
that comes with or for this filter is fine.
However I personally prefer the Via Aqua 750 Filter for the money.
Very reliable, with excellent head pressure (which is a good thing for
Canister filters), and a better value.

And I wonder why the hell you recomend the Via Aqua Carl? It would not
be by chance its just that you happen to sellthem on that website youp
osted. What a ****ing spammer Carl. No wonder yuo do not hang in the
elitists TFA group, since yu like to spam with everypost. Chances are
Via Aqua is as cheap a brand as you can get and it only takes a
nminimum order tobe called a "dealer" unlike Eheim and others......ALL
REFERENCES TO YOUR WEBSITE HASVE BEEN ELIMINATED......go spam some
other group Carl
