Default EasyBalance® with NitrabanT

Has anyone heard of this product? A friend sent me the information and
claimed he doesn't need to do water changes anymore.

That was the first hit in a Google search for it.

But, even the bottle itself doesn't say it will eliminate water changes.
It says that it will make them less frequent. But, in personal
experience with it, it doesn't do what it claims to do.

I figured it didn't. Most of these products are money makers for those that
sell them and little more.

Your problem isn't that your stupid. To call you stupid would be an
insult to stupid people. Your problem is you are too ignorant to realize
how ignorant you are.

Try harder son. You can do it, just try harder.

You failed again.

It does help with an ammonia spike. It just doesn't do the "no water
change for 6 months" claim. The idea is that it will take the Nitrogen
from the ammonia out of the water, thereby negating ammonia. If you have
an ammonia spike (Long story for another thread but I had one last
Tuesday), and you does with NitrabanT, it does bring the ammonia down
for a while but you can't neglect the tank because you used NitrabanT.
