Help!
I recently aquired 4 new oscars and they were transported several hours by bucket to my home from a borhter in law. I knew they would be under some stress and have been watching them and they have shown minimual signs, except now, a week later.I haven't had much problems with desiease and I've been keeping fish for 2.5 years. One of the oscars, "Oscar" devoloped some symptoms last night that have now increased to be life threatening I'm sure. IT's like he has excema, as I do and his scales are starting these small lesions, as if it's pealing. THere are little white fuzzes around them, but not like an ich, per se, and they seem just like skin pieces because of they're size and proximetry to the small lesions. He has no appatite, and his tank mate, "Louise" has begun to encourage him to get up and stay up, though he is not very interested. I noticed a small lesion last night, but I thought he had bumped his head or something, and now it's all over his sides. and he laying down. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas for treatment and disease. Thanx David |
