Default Ghost shrimp fry question

Yesterday my pregnant ghost shrimp, up and died, we were all pretty upset
because we did everything possible to make a nice separate tank nursery with
optimum conditions for the new fry…very, very sad day. Well we went down to
get a few more shrimp because we only had males left in our tank and wanted a
few females, and we got one…another pregnant one. She’s much smaller than my
last female, her clutch of eggs didn’t seem nearly as big as the first, I
thought they were just immature, that she needed a couple of weeks….no, I was
wrong because little momma gave birth last night. I think she lost half her
clutch at the LFS, which is probably why she looked smaller. I didn’t have
time to clean out the nursery, where big momma died yesterday, only took out
the lily seeds that I think killed her (she was eating off it then I found
her dead next to it). The fry are so tiny, you can barley recognize them,
only by touching the glass where you think they are, one will swim, or shot
in a different direction. I think there’s about six, not sure.
I put the air bubbles on low, no filter, right now they have a over head
light and black shirt around the bowl, as recommended and lots of algae,
drops and finely crushed tropical flakes…their tank is practically brackish
already. I’ve heard many people can’t seem to get their fry to live. What are
the odds mine will live? And what can I do to ensure their environment
doesn’t get to unstable? (remember no filter)
