Default brown algae?

I have a well setuped planted tank. Recently, I found there was some brown
thing cover the amazon sword and water sprite. The other plants don't have
problem. It is slime and quite hard to get rid of mechnically. I am not sure
if it is brown algae. How to get rid of it? BTW, there is also green dot
algae in my tank.

My tank setup:
46g bow front. 2x65w CF/10 hour/day, Eheim 2213 and Penguin 330 filter, RO
water, DIY CO2, heavily planted.

Default brown algae?

FWIW, it doesn't sound like brown algae as brown algae is kinda
powdery and easy to remove from plants (at least, that's what I've
been told and if it's correct, I've had it in my tank and it's mostly
cleared up).

Any chance of getting a photo?
