Hi;
I just found what appears to be an anemone...It's about an inch in diameter
and sits in the sand out in the open. It is white and the tentacle tips are
about 1/2" long and magenta in color. It just sits there and, when
'teased', disappears faster than a paranoid featherduster. My son swears he
saw it take in a Nassarius but I find it hard to believe.
Wish I could post a picture.

Any clues?

Thanks,
Dan

Maybe a Sebae or a long tentacle. It's impossible for me to guarantee
you without a picture.
