Default Pl*co Poop Eaters?

Are there any critters that I can put in my tank that'll eat up all the
pleco poop?

No! Water changes and a good filtration system Nothing eats poop.

Well, supposedly the Mystery Snail (Pomacea (pomacea) bridgesii)
will eat fish poop along with dead and rotting plant matter...which is to a
certain extent what pleco poop would be. I've got one who doesn't eat
plants - just as advertised, but I can't say for certain that it eats the
pleco poop. However, this does seem to be your best bet because I don't
think anything else will even think about it.

I think your tank would be half full of snails to eat that much
poop......

Not sure why you would think that. I have Bushynose Pleco really
doesn't leave a whole lot laying around...my "Common" Pleco on the
other hand is quite another matter. Besides, a "well" fed mystery
snail may well be larger than a small pleco anyway, so a tank full of
those would indeed be a silly idea.
