I have a Fluval Plus 2 internal filter in a
30 gallon (135 litre) tank
It has a clogged indicator on it, what i was
wondering was, should i clean the filter
everytime i change 20% of the water (1- 2 weeks)
even though the clog indicator is showing
NON Clogged status ?

Also i have two 3 Spot Gourami`s in the tank
and one of them seems to be terrorising the other and the
two Dwarf Gourami i have, any reason for this ?

Thanks
Deano...

It won't do any harm to rinse the filter sponge (in the old tank water)
with every water change, it will keep it operating at maximum flow. As
for the gourami, that's what 3 spots do, they can be a very aggressive
fish, with the size to back it up.

I have separted the 3 spot male, from the tank and put it in a 15 gallon i
have,
In this tank i have 6 neon tetras a sword tail and a black molly and common
plec
He seems to like it and does not bother the other fish at all,
I like the 2 Dwarf Gourami i have and didnt want them stressed by the 3
spot,
They are very Blue now, but before with the 3 spot in there, they were very
pale fish,
The male Dwarf has a deep red colour to its outer contour,( i presume its
the male LOL)
