Any advice I can give would be at best speculative without any proving results... I can probably give some quality "what not to do advice" at this point. So I will: 1. Do not believe everything you read or hear especially from years in the past. 2. Make no assumptions no matter how well founded and seemingly solid. 3. If a consensus emerges followed by a outrageous dissent, listen closely, it well may be a 1/1000 post you have been waiting for; or some wacko.... 4. If the fish appear healthy and full of vitality, that should arouse your suspicions about their health. 5. Buy from a solid source and bring a bucket and TDS meter. 6. Do another water change.... 7. See 6. 8. Do not waste your money on top dollar fish until you are successful with a group of low dollar fish. 9. They all have worms, heximita, and flukes or soon will if you have anything else in the tank with them. 10. goto 6. 11. Do not listen to me..... |

Thanks Racf! Thats an excellent resource...
I've decided to take their advice and get rid of the gravel for now.. Too hard to keep the tank clean w/ the heavy feedings, especially on a UGF... My powerhead was too powerful anyway. They were getting thrown around.. I'm gonna put a sponge in there w/ and aquaclear 150.. On Mon, 4 Aug 2003 21:35:27 -0500, "Racf" wrote: "The Madd Hatter" wrote in message .. .
